Our investors leverage our time, knowledge and expertise in delivering quality property investments which facilitate the growth of their investment and long term wealth.
By focusing on a design-led approach with a keen eye for quality, comfort and aesthetics, our developments achieve the above market rents for the area, maximising financial returns for our investors and minimising rental voids.

We make UK property investing simple for people who want to benefit from high quality property investments without the investment of their own time or resources. Our investors can benefit from a passive income on a fixed term, backed by a bricks and mortar asset and a team of experienced property investment professionals with core skills in finance, design, space planning and effective project management.

Our property Joint Venture (JV) partners work with us closely as joint partners. These partnerships are efficient for those who may require our specialist insight and support and would like to take a more ‘hands on’ approach to investing.
A Co-Living space is officially defined as a ‘HMO’ (house of multiple occupancy as (defined by the Housing Act 2004) which is a residential property which is rented to multiple, unrelated, individuals who share amenities like kitchens and bathroom facilities.
HMO’s are commonly a strong cash flow property investment strategy which comes from renting a single property to multiple individuals.
Single Buy to Lets (BTLs) are properties which are often let to families or couples. These represent a safe long term investment for investors who seek cash flow and a potential for long term capital appreciation. Whilst no investment is every truly ‘passive’ single BTLs are often the closest to this with a robust property finish and vetting of potential tenants.
A Commercial to Residential Conversion is where an existing building with a commercial use class (i.e. office blocks, light industrial unit) is converted into a residential building, typically consisting of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom flats.
There is currently a fantastic opportunity in the market for property developers to convert various classes of commercial buildings (i.e. offices, shops) into residential investment property without needing to apply for planning permission.
Through the Prior Approval scheme introduced by the UK Government, pre-approved planning consent is provided on these developments. The aim of this policy was to reduce the shortage of homes available within the UK.
At Masonwood Group we’re excited to work with our investors to support UK Government targets to build new homes.

It's wonderful to work with investors who are passionate about property just as much as we are
We have a real passion for taking derelict or unused buildings and creating stunning homes to benefit communities and families
The home should be the treasure chest of living.
A room should start a conversation before people actually start exchanging words.
Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics. Design is so simple, that's why it is so complicated.
